DESCRIPTION:Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness month? \nTAP OC invites you to join us for a morning hike  in South Orange County.\nThis beautiful 5-mile (round-trip) hike will be a fantastic opportunity to practice mindfulness  and to honor our physical\, emotional\, and mental well-being.\nLocated in the Aliso and Woods Canyon Wilderness Park\, the Dripping Cave Trail leads to a hidden cave\, which was used by native people and later bandits. DESCRIPTION:Hi\, Art and Culture fans!\nSome of you may have attended our virtual “Gold & Jade” event back in February\, but now you can attend the event in person.\n–\nTAP-LA and TAP-OC invite you to join us for a group outing to see the fantastic art exhibition “Treasures in Gold and Jade: Masterworks from Taiwan.” This is a rare opportunity to see the art of two of Taiwan’s premier artists\, Huang Fu Shou\, a master who creates incredible works in jade\, and Wu Ching\, who creates magical sculptures using gold.\n–\nWe will tour this exhibit together and check out some other exhibits at the museum. Each participant should buy their own ticket and then meet at 1:45 pm in the front courtyard\, so we can enter together as a group.
