Unfortunately millions of our neighbors are still facing hunger\, let alone thinking about which restaurants to check out once everything reopens. Food banks across the country have been doing their best to make sure our neighbors impacted by the crisis have the food they need. Come join this Pack-A-Box program on 5th June to help our community  OC Food bank is dedicated to send all the food box to over 70 sites that will be serving 25\,500 low-income seniors every month. Let’s roll up our sleeves and be part of that \n● Date: 5th June\, Saturday\, 2021\n● Time: 11am – 1pm\n● Location: 11870 Monarch Street Garden Grove\, CA 92841\n● Parking: Address will take you to the back of warehouse and parking is plenty.\n● Safety guideline: Glove\, mask\, and hand sanitizer are available.\n● Note: You will be working in a high energy and fast-paced environment in this warehouse for two hours. Our goal this year is to provide 50 kids with toys this holiday season. Please come out\, support the kids and our community. \nDate and Time: November 18th 11:00am – 2:00pm\nLocation: 2901 W. MacArthur Blvd. #115 Santa Ana\, CA 92704\nTicket: $15 – includes lunch by O’Shine and a sponsored toy that will be donated to a kid in need. (Thanks to Sunlite Industrial Corp.!) \nCash and Venmo payments will be accepted at the door! \nIf you can’t make it\, you can still donate a toy to someone in need! Please Venmo TAP-OC or reach out to one of our boardmembers. \nOPTIONAL: \nOCTW and TAP-OC will also be supporting Samaritan’s Purse project\, Operation Christmas Child. Their mission is to provide local partners around the world with shoeboxes filled with small toys and school supplies as a means of reaching out to children in their own communities. Samaritan’s Purse provides these boxes to children affected by war\, poverty\, natural disaster\, famine and disease. \nWe ask that if you’re interested to participate in this great project.
