DESCRIPTION:Did you know May is Mental Health Awareness month? \nTAP OC invites you to join us for a morning hike  in South Orange County.\nThis beautiful 5-mile (round-trip) hike will be a fantastic opportunity to practice mindfulness  and to honor our physical\, emotional\, and mental well-being.\nLocated in the Aliso and Woods Canyon Wilderness Park\, the Dripping Cave Trail leads to a hidden cave\, which was used by native people and later bandits. This trail is mostly flat\, shaded by plenty of trees\, and family-friendly.\n Free parking just off Alicia Parkway\n Tennis Shoes or Hiking shoes\, T-Shirts\, Sunglasses\, SunScreen\, waterbottles\, snacks.\n On the day of the hike\, check on post/email of the latest location meeting spot.\nIf you have any questions or comments about our event or about TAP-OC\, please message us directly on FB or IG. You can also e-mail us at info@tap-oc.org.\n———————————————\n NOTE: Attendees must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before the event with proof of vaccination\, or show a negative result for a PCR COVID test within 72 hours or rapid test within 24 hours.
